As CEO and Founder of Worktap, which he launched in 2014, Mark leads the company in its vision and mission to help companies integrate people into their organizations with the greatest positive impact.
Prior to Worktap, Mark co-founded Emportal, Inc., an enterprise CoreHR solution; and Workforcelogic, a market leading SaaS vendor of vendor management systems. Mark’s previous roles included GM at SilkRoad technology, COO at GNDA Inc., CIO at Mattel Interactive, and VP Global IT and CISO at Mattel Inc.
As Chief Revenue Officer and Founder, David is responsible for overseeing Worktap’s global sales activities and ensuring customer success.
David has successfully led and grown sales and marketing organizations for SaaS companies offering HR-related software solutions and has extensive experience pursuing early stage market opportunities and devising effective go-to-market strategies to launch new products. Prior to co-founding Worktap, David served as Regional Director of sales for SilkRoad technology, SVP of Sales & Marketing at Emportal, and Vice President of Client Services at Workforce Logic. Earlier in his career, David held regional sales and marketing positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson.
David received a B.A. in Business Communication from the University of Southern California.
As VP of Engineering, Nick is responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of Worktap’s software solutions. He has more than 20 years of engineering experience, including over 12 years leading the development several enterprise HR SaaS systems.
Prior to Worktap, Nick was Data Systems Manager at Cooley LLP; Vice President of Engineering at Emportal; Director of Information Technology at the Nelson Family of Companies; and Director IT at The Learning Company.
As Director of Digital Operations, Phil leads Worktap's customer content and site planning and design efforts.
Prior to Worktap, Phil developed his design, content, and people experience at companies such as Omne Mobile Wallet; OR Magazine; and the HR Department of the Golden State Warriors.
Phil received a B.A. in Journalism and Communication with a focus in Advertising from the University of Oregon.
