Due to the Internet's rapidly evolving nature, Worktap may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, Worktap will post its updated Privacy Policy on our Site along with a change notice on the Site. Worktap may also send users of our Services a notice that this Privacy Policy has been changed. Worktap encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of this Site or the Services and/or continued provision of personally identifiable information to us after the posting of such notice will be subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.

4 INFORMATION COLLECTION

You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. 

However, in certain sections of this Site and in order to use our Services, we require you to submit your personally identifiable information to us. 5 INFORMATION USE

 Worktap may access the data within our customer accounts for the purposes of providing the Service, preventing or addressing Service or technical problems, responding to support issues, responding to customer’s instructions or as may be required by law, pursuant to the agreement between the customer and Worktap governing the use of the Service.  Worktap customers are responsible for complying with any applicable laws or regulations governing notice, disclosure and/or consent requirements prior to transferring personally identifiable information to Worktap through the Service.

6 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Worktap recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. Neither our Site nor our Services are intended for children under the age of 13. Worktap does not target its Services or this Site to children under 13. Worktap does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

7 AGGREGATE INFORMATION

The Site may track the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, browser type, IP addresses, External Web Sites (defined below) linked to and other aggregated data. We also may collect aggregate data about your use of the Services through our Services. We may analyze the aggregate data for trends and statistics in the aggregate but such information will be maintained, used and disclosed in aggregate form only and it will not contain personally identifiable information. 8 DISCLOSURE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Worktap neither rents nor sells personal information to anyone. We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your personal information with them to have them assist us in providing our products or services to you. For example, we may use a payment processor to process payments made to us. Such third parties must: (i) subscribe to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles; (ii) be subject to the EU Directive on Data Protection or another adequacy finding; or (iii) Worktap will enter into a written agreement with such third party requiring that the third party provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the relevant Safe Harbor Privacy Principles. Unless we give you the choice to opt-out and you do not exercise your opt-out right, Worktap’s service providers do not have any right to use personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us or for a purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you. We will not disclose your sensitive personal information to a third party unless you have provided us with affirmative or explicit (opt in) consent. We will disclose your personally identifiable information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or to assist in any investigation, to protect our or our users' rights or to enforce our terms of use or written agreement to provide our Services. 11 ACCESS

Worktap allows an individual access to their personally identifiable information and allows the individual to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the privacy of the individual in the case in question or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated. Individuals can request access by emailing Worktap at support@worktap.com. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) business days.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you our Services and we also may continue to retain backup or archival copies of your information made in the normal course of business. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Worktap will take reasonable steps to ensure that data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.
